These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, services, and use of our mobile golf simulator. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Bookings & Payments
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
• Any additional costs (e.g. travel outside Greater Manchester, generators, extended hours) will be agreed in advance.
• A booking is only secured once confirmation has been provided by us.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• More than 72 hours’ notice: You may transfer your booking to a new date, subject to availability.
• Less than 72 hours’ notice: Bookings are non-refundable (weather exceptions apply).
• Any approved reschedule must take place within a mutually agreed timeframe.

Weather Policy
• The enclosure is fully waterproof and can operate in light to moderate rain.
• Strong winds or extreme weather may make operation unsafe.
• If conditions are deemed unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule, relocate indoors, or agree an alternative solution where possible.
• Safety decisions are made in good faith and in the interest of all participants.

Setup Requirements
• The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space is available for setup (as advised prior to booking).
• Access to a standard UK 13-amp power socket is required unless otherwise agreed.
• If a generator is required, this will be arranged at an additional cost.
• Setup and takedown typically take around 30 minutes, which is included within the booking.

Use of Equipment
• All equipment must be used responsibly and in line with safety instructions.
• We reserve the right to pause or stop play if unsafe behaviour occurs.
• Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may be charged to the customer.

Children
• Children are welcome to take part but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Gameplay may be adjusted to ensure safety.

Liability
• Participation is at the player’s own risk.
• We accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our proven negligence.

Property & Venue Responsibility
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clear, safe, and suitable.
• We are not liable for damage caused by unsuitable space, obstructions, or venue conditions beyond our control.

Intellectual Property & Course Representation
• All software, graphics, and course simulations remain the property of their respective owners.
• Courses are replica or inspired representations and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any golf course, club, or governing body.

Insurance
• We hold appropriate public liability insurance for private and event bookings.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
• Conditions are unsafe
• Behaviour is inappropriate
• Terms are breached

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
